I revisited an old spot – Lawn on D.  If you didn’t see my first shoot there with Kristi, I definitely suggest checking it out.  Now that summer is in full swing, the lawn is now a popular hang out spot for everyone, so it’s really difficult to get a swing to yourself.  Unlike last time, I didn’t have the luxury of time to be able to capture something nice.  So instead of trying to get a nice portrait, I sort of blindly shot and hoped for the best.  Turns out, if you align with the swings and severely underexpose, you get some pretty neat effects.

I’ve been on an “abstract photo” kick.  I think it’s just me slowly coming out of my inspirational rut.  I’ll slowly make my way back to taking portraits soon!
