Can I rant about this picture for a bit?

I’m in love with the details. The grain of the wood. The burned etches. It just pops. I fiddled with the aperture to play with the depth of focus, but I settled on having one particular thing in focus – the needle. Everything else could just fade away into the background. Add in a little bit of color correction to get a “teal and orange” aesthetic, and you have something worth feeling good about.

Because at the end of the day, it’s all just art. It doesn’t particularly matter if other people like it or agree with it, it just matters that you enjoy it.
