A few days ago, I came across a trend on Twitter called the #voguechallenge. It’s a simple premise – flex your best portraits that you can have and overlay the Vogue logo along the top. On the surface, it’s a very easy edit, but I think the effect is really there when its done right. So to hop on the trend, I decided to recycle some old portraits that I had laying on my hard drive.

I found the challenge so visually interesting for how simple it is. But that just goes to show how powerful and impactful icons and logos can be. One layer of one word and suddenly you have an entirely different feel for an image.

More throwback content coming to you soon!
