Even with all of my free time, I haven’t done a photo walk in a while, mostly because I feel like I have taken photos at every possible location around my apartment. So when Sean wanted some new photos taken, I didn’t really know where to start. Where do you go when you’ve been everywhere? You go back to where you’ve been and try to re-imagine something new.
Of all of the shoots that I’ve done, this may have been the smoothest I’ve done in a while. It was interesting to walk the same paths that I walk every day and putting someone in the middle of it. It really changes how to build a shot in your head before you make it a reality. Granted, not everything works, but the ones that do really come out great.
It’s about time I diversify the gender ratio of my models.
