Scenic Route

Although it may not have looked like it, I took a two week break from photography.

Finals season is always rough.  It really made me hang up the camera and put some ideas on hold while I focused on my studies.  But the moment it was over, one of the first things I did was go back out to the gym to get some much needed exercise.  I also brought my camera out to get back into photography.  I wasn’t entirely sure where I was going to get my shots.  On my way home from the gym, instead of taking the fastest route back, I decided to take a more scenic route.

Never be afraid to explore the world around you, especially things in your own backyard.  I plan on exploring this area more in the summer months now that all of the flora has started to come through.

It’s good to be back.
