I may or may not have remembered to make a post about this.

Way back in the beginning of February, some of my friends had the idea to make Vietnamese spring rolls.  I volunteered my apartment, mostly because I’m useless in the kitchen.  Pork was cooked.  Vegetables were washed, chopped, and prepped.  To eat, we customized our rolls and then wrapped them tightly so that we can dip them in sauce.  Or at least I tried to.  An expert folded the one in the picture.

Suddenly hungry for vermicelli. Or pho.
